Smart-Hotel Minusio, A Swiss Quality Hotel

I recently had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, they were attentive and accommodating. I had booked a room for double occupancy but ended up checking in alone. The lady who checked me in noticed this and upgraded me to a room on the 3rd floor with a breathtaking view of the lake. It was such a lovely surprise! The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, even during breakfast. The staff noticed my reservation was originally for two people and adjusted it accordingly. It's these small touches that make all the difference.

Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They were always available to help with anything I needed. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - everything was clean and modern. I especially loved the balcony with its breathtaking view of the lake. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a free outdoor pool that was clean and refreshing. The location down to the lake was a big plus too, it was beautiful and serene. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were great too make our stay enjoyable from the cute drinks to the fresh breakfast. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. There was also a parking area that was available to us, making it convenient to bring our car.

Room with a great view and comfortable bed. The room I stayed was very cozy and had a breathtaking view of the lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which allowed me to get plenty of rest. the hotel is located near several restaurants, shops, and a park, making it a convenient location.

High price for small room. I was disappointed by the value of the room, considering the size and lack of extra amenities.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the room was quite spacious with a nice view from the balcony. It was also conveniently located near a train station, which made it easy to get around.

The price was steep for what was offered. the furniture and decor had a dated look, and the shower was rusty.

The hotel's location was within walking distance to the lake, which was a plus. Our room had a balcony with a view of the lake, but unfortunately, it was quite small. the bathroom was clean, but the shower had poor water pressure. Service was okay, but not exceptional. Breakfast was decent, but the options were limited. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The parking area was quite cramped, and we had difficulties finding a space to park our car.

The staff were pretty good too make my experience enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a fine view of the lake from the balcony. The breakfast spread was delicious, with smoked salmon as a special treat. I highly recommend this hotel.
